How to Make a Transfer?

If you would like to transfer your accrued benefits to Principal MPF Personal Account, please complete and return the relevant forms to Principal.

For New Customers

For Existing Principal Members

Set up a New Principal MPF Personal Account 

Simply complete and return the following documents to Principal:

  1. A copy of HKID or passport 
  2. "Personal Account Member Application Form" (Principal MPF Scheme Series 800)
  3. "Employee Choice Arrangement ("ECA")- Transfer Election Form MPF(S)-P(P)" OR "Scheme Member's Request for Fund Transfer Form MPF(S)-P(M)" 
  • If you wish to transfer out the accrued benefits derived from the employee mandatory contributions made during your current employment or the mandatory contributions attributable to your previous employment or self-employment from your contribution account during employment, you should complete "Employee Choice Arrangement ("ECA") Transfer Election Form MPF(S)P(P)".
  • If you wish to transfer out the accrued benefits from your contribution account after termination of employment, self-employed account or personal account, you should complete "Scheme Members Request for Fund Transfer Form MPF(S)-P(M)". 
  1. For self- employed person, personal account member or employee ceasing employment  

    Simply complete and return the "Scheme Member's Request for Fund Transfer Form MPF(S)-P(M)" to Principal.

(If you wish to transfer out the accrued benefits from more than one accounts, you should submit a separate Form MPF(S)-P(M) for each of these accounts.)  
  1. For employee with accrued benefits derived from the employee mandatory contributions made during his/her current employment or the mandatory contributions which are attributable to his/her previous employment or self-employment who wish  to transfer out from a contribution account in the original scheme to an account in the new scheme nominated by the employee during employment               

Simply complete and return the "Employee Choice Arrangement ("ECA")- Transfer Election Form MPF(S)-P(P)" to Principal.
